Course Description
The Estoril Golf Club has suffered several changes in its course
layout during its long history. Initially it started as only nine
holes and was later enlarged to eighteen holes in 1945. In the
90īs it suffered a further change due to the construction of a
dual-carriageway. The sixteenth hole is one of those that has been
subject to redesign. It is a par-3 of 184 metres and considered
by many players as one of the most outstanding holes in Portugal.
Lying within the main course there is a further nine-holes
designed for mainly beginners at the game.
